Comments/Complaints

We welcome comments on how we can improve our services. Our Practice Manager, Philippa Settle, will be pleased to discuss any suggestions or complaints with you.  If you want to make a formal complaint, in the first place you should write to Philippa Settle at the Practice  address.  She will investigate the complaint and provide a written response.  Should you be dissatisfied with this response you will be advised on how to take the matter further.
